1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The size is incorrect (if unused)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required

Fashion Life reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn items

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Discounted or clearance sale items

  • Innerwear or hygiene-related products (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via phone or email within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will confirm whether the return is approved.

  4. After approval, you will be instructed on how to send the item back.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Mobile Banking / Bank Transfer / Cash on Delivery adjustment).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items sent

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed, but you may request a return after receiving the item (subject to eligibility).
